Challenge
When IP Telecom approached us, their website was built using a proprietary content management system (CMS) that was linked to the CRM system they were using at the time. As IP Telecom were rapidly expanding, they needed to migrate to a new, more robust, CRM system, which meant they also needed a new website. They wanted their new website to be more engaging for their customers by being able to dynamically create unique page layouts and add a range of content elements including text, icons, images and video.
Solution
We initially sat down with the IP Telecom team to create a navigation hierarchy system that best suited their needs. We then designed a website, using open source software, that allowed for better use of icons, images, and video to create a more engaging website for their customers. We also developed a dynamic Build a Quote section that allowed potential clients pick and choose the right products for them. The completed quote details were then integrated directly into IP Telecom’s CRM system (Zoho).
