Property at 61 Mountjoy Street for Avison Young
Recently we had the pleasure of creating a brand identity for an exciting development opportunity. Our client Avison Young approached us to design a brand identity for the exclusive project at 61 Mountjoy Street, Dublin 1.

Challenge
The property is right in the centre of Dublin city, close to the Technology University Dublin campus at Grangegorman. The project required a logo design, brochure design, website design and print advertising design. It’s the kind of project we love – edgy and forward-thinking with a highly motivated sales team, eager to get started with their new marketing collateral!

We started with the logo design. We wanted it to be strong and modern, so we took inspiration from the existing buildings on the site as well as the street address of the property. We chose the colour palette to reflect high end, quality of the site and its location.
Our creative team also designed a brochure which was primarily a digital brochure, but the client also wanted a quantity of brochures printed to post out to potential buyers. The brochures were printed on an uncoated paper stock with a silver foil finish to the logo on the cover to give a high quality tactile finish.
We also designed and developed a website to reflect the overall brand identity. The website development included a password only dataroom area to allowed a select group of potential buyers login to view additional documents regarding the property.




This project required logo, brochure design, bespoke website and print advertising design. Mountjoy Street and the surrounding area is undergoing major regeneration and has become a vibrant residential location with a range of amenities in Dublin City Centre. Designit captured and reflected the qualities of the property and location brilliantly in the marketing material which provided an excellent marketing campaign and resulted in a successful and swift sale.
