Pathway Recruitment and Training are a bespoke recruitment agency providing professional, experienced and qualified personnel to the Early Years and Healthcare sectors in Ireland.
Challenge
Pathway were initially a training agency for staff working in the Early Years sector in Ireland. They had a poorly designed logo and little or no brand in place. They decided to expand their business to provide a recruitment service. With strong competition in the recruitment sector, they knwo they needed a strong brand to stand out from the competition.

We worked with the Pathway team to design a strong yet simple brand and logo to help them stand out from their competition. Once we had the brand designed, we created designs for roll-up banner stands, exhibition stand graphics, leaflets, as well as designing and developing a new website. The new website has a recruitment section where Pathway’s clients can upload vacancies and potential recruitees can apply for the position online via the website.
