Property at Cross Avenue for Avison Young
Recently we had the pleasure of creating a brand identity for an exciting new residential property opportunity. Avison Young approached us to design a brand identity for the exclusive project on Cross Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.

Challenge
The property is in a very affluent area in south county Dublin, close to the village of Blackrock. The project required a high end design and brand to attract suitable investors/developers.
The project required a logo design, brochure design, website design and print advertising design. It’s the kind of project we love – edgy and forward-thinking with a highly motivated sales team, eager to get started with their new marketing collateral!

Solution
We started with the logo design. We wanted it to be strong and modern, so we took inspiration from its close proximity to the sea and Parks. We chose the colour palette to reflect high end, quality of the site and its location.
Our creative team also designed a brochure which was primarily a digital brochure, but the client also wanted a quantity of brochures printed to post out to potential buyers. The brochures were printed on an uncoated paper stock with a silver foil finish to the logo on the cover to give a high quality tactile finish.
We also designed and developed a website to reflect the overall brand identity. The website is password protected to only allowed a select group of potential buyers login and view additional documents related to the sale of the property.





The property is located in the prime residential location on Cross Avenue, Blackrock in south Dublin. Designit portrayed the high end, quality of the site and its location and reflected this in the marketing material including the innovative logo, brochure and website design.
The bespoke website developed by Designit reflected the overall characteristics of the property and location and assisted greatly in allowing potential buyers to view additional technical documents related to the sale of the property.
